Vials

Our glass screw neck, injection, snap cap, headspace, perfume, EPA, auto sampler and blow back vials are produced out of tubular glass at our plant in the Netherlands. The injection and screw neck vials are manufactured according to ISO 8362 and ISO 11418. It is also possible to produce vials according to customer specific demands and to non ISO standards.

NAFVSM vials are produced out of clear or amber borosilicate glass of the first hydrolytic class. In our automated process the vials are annealed at 600 °c. The packaging in our polypropylene trays is done automatically at the end of the production line.

The vials are manufactured on high tech Zeta vial production lines (Zeta 16-10 and Zeta 089). These machines are equipped with the latest technologies, robotic handling and modern camera systems. To ensure our high quality standards all the vials are 100% camera controlled during the process.

Our glass containers are used in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, food and cosmetic industries. Suitable applications are freeze drying (lyophilisation), chromatography, serum injection, skin and hair cosmetics.

All the glass vials can be provided with additional options like ceramic printing (one colour) and labelling. With our service contract manufacturing it is possible to fill land close the vials. We can even pack them in customer specific packaging.
