Ampoules

NAFVSM has more than 65 years of experience in manufacturing tubular glass ampoules . Our closed top (form D) and flame cut (form B) ampoules are produced according to ISO 9187 standards. It is also possible to manufacture ampoules according to customer specific demands and to non ISO standards. Specific products like marzocchi ampoules can also be made.

All our ampoules are produced out of clear or amber borosilicate glass of the first hydrolytic class. The breaking systems that can be applied on the ampoules are colour break, OPC and score ring. During the production process it is possible to apply ceramic silk-screen printing in one colour and additional code rings.

During the production process the ampoules are inspected by cameras. To take the stress out of the glass the ampoules get annealed in the oven. At the end of the production line the product is robotically packed in polypropylene trays.

Our ampoules are glass containers which are used in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic and cosmetic industries. Suitable applications are serum injection, skin and hair cosmetics and chemicals.

All the glass ampoules can be provided with additional options like ceramic printing (one colour) and labelling. With our service contract manufacturing it is possible to fill and close the ampoules. We can even pack them in customer specific packaging.
